I started using sea moss gel during a weight loss journey that I had started. I was initially hoping it would help with suppressing my appetite (which it did), but realized almost immediately that it was improving my skin. I suffer from eczema and this is now the only thing that will help it. Since using sea moss gel my skin is clearer, my appetite is suppressed and it helps with joint inflammation.
